RE: Materials Girl - 4000 Oz/month

RE: Materials Girl - 4000 Oz/monthMaterials Girl - been a while since you've been on here but you likely meant ~4000 Oz/month (for ~45k in 2012). I agree with everything else you said.

I haven't done the exact math but we have about 46M more potential common shares to be issued between options and warrants. 32M in warrants total per July presention with 25M of them coming from Jan financing. We had 196M Common shares at 9/30 and now have 180M per google finance so perhaps 4M in options cashed in since Q3. My 46M is benchmarked off of approximatedly 50M at Q3, adjusted for 4M.

This means our current MC is $95M but our FD MC is $120M. Good to keep in mind.

Using 5X $50M in cash flow in in 2012 = FD MC of $250M/226.22M FD shares - this gives us a potential valuation target of $1.10, a double from here and about a triple if you bought in during our year long consolidation phase between $.35-$40.

I would be happy with reaching third base.

Home plate or $3/share is possible 3-4years out if gold price keeps marching up and we do a non-dilutive acquisition to double production.
