I found it interesting that this week SFSF gets bought by SAP and all I see is announcements by lawyers that they are opening at case for shareholders of SFSF because it sold for $40 instead of $45.

Yet here we are, where a guy like me (not even with level 2) can sit in my basement and witness blatant manipulaton and scumbaggery yet nothing is done?

I know something must be going on "behind the scenes" but why have the institutional holders of HRG not been more vocal, threatening or active?

sorry just venting.
