Over the years in the mining industry I have consistently seen these Native Land agreements hammered out only when minerals are present, otherwise it is a waste of lawyer and subsequent filing fees if the land will not be developed.
Jr. Exploration companies do not like to waste money or devote time. If management thought the land wasn't worth developing they would simply put their shares on the market, pack up the drills and move a few miles down the road and buy back some shares when the SP drops again.
