RE: RE: RE: Assays?One thing I forgot to mention was that in my experience the natives hold out until the last minute to negotiate these deals as they want the best deal, and they are just as savy as the investors on the stock market. They wait for the best opportunity to strike a deal. Which means they could have made a deal 2 years ago, or at the last minute when they have the company 'by the balls', as the company knows what it is sitting on.
Bottom line the natives won't negotiate without having some idea of just how valuable a property is.
