"we get 20% of the valuation of Ortsbo (currently $210 M)
this equals to $42 M
divide this amongst 310 M shares and you get 14 cents/share
if you own 100 000 shares you would get $14 000
this amount would go towards the new Ortsbo shares
if they are valued at $5/share
$14 000 divided by 5 equals 2 800 shares in the new Ortsbo spinoff
INT would retain a significant piece of Ortsbo so INT shares should go up as well
this is my take on it........."
This is my take on it as well without any further details provided by INT, but I would caution that if 20% is how much of Ortsbo gets spun off, we would likely get 20% minus fees/miscellaneous charges. based on your specific hypothetical example above, I would expect about 12 cents a share.
