Now the VST-LFD merger can start...

Now the VST-LFD merger can start...Now that the SP's align to 1:2 ratio the companies can combine to a new entity.
VST 8:1 would give 30,774,062 shares
LFD 4:1 would give 45,426,248 shares
Total 76,200,310 shares
The sale of LFD portion of Chia Surkh would give the new company some money to try and find oil somewhere else (VST properties).  Both companies are really going nowhere without cash...If LFD held on to Chia Surkh, I wouldn't be surprised to see the contract lapse (and not give a PR for it).
If there is a way to keep Chia Surkh and drill it, I hope it happens.  I just don't see a way anymore...
