Raw materials, inflation, manganese key raw material for steel aluminum? Why is the price still this low?

If I was www.tatasteel.com f.i. I would invest in AMY or even look at her even better or is manganese no must?

Does anyone know whether Larry ever looked that way? Or not to stay of the radars of the big steel companies?

$100 million and they have their own Manganese plant :)
