class action

class action

IMO, Severstal is fine with the "upcoming" class action.

They are breaking the rules, and obviousily don't care...they are buying up shares at a the current discounted price and loving it, they are using HRG monies for their purposes and loving it... a class action (although necessary) will allow them to buy more shares at an even deeper discount ($1?).

Meanwhile they will reap the profits of HRG mines and properties for the next 7 to 10 years and then get their "wrists slapped" and have to pay each shareholder 75 cents to $1 in the class action that they lose in 2020?

unless we can get a "penalty" slapped on them, prove that we lost out on "opportunity costs" and then maybe it would be a larger penalty, gold must continue to sky rocket and every comparable gold miner must go up by a couple of hundred percent for this arguement to have merit.

JMHO, I have no experience with class action but that is the way i see it...

GLTA and Happy New Year!
