RE: QUEST Simpleton - two things:
1) It's spelled "Qwest", not Quest; as usual you can never get the facts straight.
2) No court would rule against a defendant (ie Qwest) for something they "could not" do; (ie sell R1 technology)
- instead Qwest was more likely found at fault for simply not fulfilling their obligations under the exclusive reseller agreement;
- likely there were clauses in the contract that said Qwest had to actively market the product and/or guarantee a minimum number of sales but they did not, and could not prove that they made a reasonable effort to do so either.
Alternatively R1's replacement partner All Points has stepped in and nicely expanded business as evidenced by the DEFIMNET renewal for CBP:
