As with all of the uninformed "investors", you fail to understand what this is all about. Once the new pipeline to the LNG export plant at Kitimat is built, PPY's multiple TCFs of gas will be more than economical. Any major looking at taking out PPY will be using that in their value calculation, not what gas is worth today.
