Chester 1...

Chester 1...

Remember Chester 1?

They de-watered it and did get access underground to historic mine workings...the only problem is that Cote Lake stole all the attention and now it barely gets a mention.

Chester 1 is proving to be successful in the early stages.  They did a bulk sample and processed 8,000 Tonnes of ore at a mill in North Cobalt which established a grade of 8 g/t...very nice start!  Quick math....8,000 Tonnes X 8 grams per tonne...64,000 grams divided by 31 g (troy ounce) equals...2,064 ounces of gold!

Cote Lake is getting all the attention but Chester 1 will play a part in the future.  The Mill that will be constructed to process the Cote Lake Ore will support the Satellite Operations very nicely and make them very profitable entities.  This will include Chester 1, Chester 2, and Chester 3 along with the recently acquired Augen Gold Land Package which includes the past producing Jerome Mine and a recently released Inferred Resource of one million ounces.  Further exploration will just add to the current resources.

I hope that you understand the importance of having a Central Mill which will be justified alone with the Cote Lake Deposit...add in the rest and the picture begins to get much more clear.  This is a prize and the location is most outstanding!

P.S.  Location...Location...Location!  The problems worldwide are just highlighting that much more the significance of this find when it comes to Gold Mining!
