Check the insider reports!  Looks like a BOD member (who is a lawyer, I think) acquired shares in October.  Possibly paid in shares to draw up the paperwork for the RTO.  We'll likely see an update soon and an announcement for an AGM to vote on the proposed RTO.  OSM seems like a decent company, GLTA current holders of FTE.  Looks like there are still a lot of shares held by insiders.
