RE: GOOD MOVE CALING THE DEBENTURES??

RE: GOOD MOVE CALING THE DEBENTURES??

Yes, when the debenture holders get their shares on conversion, look for them to be selling heavily. I am not sure of it will fall all the way to $5.50-$5.60, but it could. I think the 20-day period for calculating the conversion price starts on Friday, so the shorting to cover the debentures could start as early as that. I know if I held the debs, i would short 5% every day until the conversion date, just to make sure i didn't get shafted.
