Exactly, I never count outstanding warrants if they are far out of the money. In this case, the reality is that unless we all make a killing on the stock as it goes to 70 cents, the warrants will never get exercised, so there is more than 1 PMI share for every MNP share. And if the warrants get exercised, we get a whole bunch of cash to offset the dilution related to the PMI shares.
