JANUARY 28, 2012----SECOND DEVELOPMENT PAYMENT ---NO NEWS, NOTHING!!!!! According to the Iljin Life Science Co. Agreement, on or before the above date, IF the Joint Steering Commitee has determined 'satisfactorily advanced Phase 3 clinical trial' planning, Iljin shall pay U.S.$500,000 and shall purchase 39.6 million shares , issued from the Company treasury, for an aggregate subscription price of U.S. $8.5 million.
