Guidance

Guidance

I guess we may get guidance today based upon the last news release.

Here are their Q4 production numbers:

350 Q4 '09

950 Q4 '10

1640 Q4 '11   --->  Dec. avg. 2150

?  Q4 '12

Significantly over 3,000 in Q4 '12 given the salt water disposal in place for growth, the strong cashflow, and balance sheet? The company appears well positioned for growth this year. It will be interesting to see. Their proprietary HVL technology should also be increasingly proven adding value to the stock. Given the stock's 52 week high of $2.20, the high oil prices, and explosive production growth, as well as proprietary technology this could be a huge winner in 2012.

Costs should be lower too given the new scale and this statement:

"The Company estimates operating costs, based on field estimates, are in the range of $25.00/boe for the month of December, trending towards 2010 levels where the Company achieved operating costs of $19.97/boe."
