Just viewed the updated presentation and looks like 13 million in cash but not sure where the debt level is so my estimate looks pretty close.

"Miraflores is a low-sulphidation epithermal deposit characterized by a hydrothermal breccia pipe with free gold associated with cement materials and high-grade structures where gold is associated with zinc, lead, copper and iron"

By-product credits should not be overlooked. 

Just to apease the bashers, share structure is a little bit of a concern with the 10 million warrants expiring in June at 0.25...Either we will see a push to get them exercised or the share price will drift flat for the next 5-6 months...I think the latter is unlikely but certainly something that will impact the share price for the near future.  Either way warrants are cheaper than filing another raise.
