carlos, the conversion price of the debs has no bearing on any potential buyout price. That conversion price was simply set at a premium to what the share price was trading at when the debs were issued. I just think that as some are willing to pay a premium for the debs, they must think the buyout price will be above the conversion price of $8.75. That's all.
And teevee, when CPG buys Arcan, i expect you to come back on this board and admit you were dead wrong, just like you were dead wrong about Coral Hill's drilling. If someone else buys us out for cash, I will be more than happy to do the same, as i would prefer cash anyway. But I know what I know.
