Interesting Week with Paco Perez

Interesting Week with Paco Perez

That was an interesting week. From what I've read from the articles posted here. I've had to ask this question. Why is Perez so Anti mining? The articles did say that he said that  mining is dead in Mendoza for a very long time.

First off, I don't think they polled the people yet or did I miss something. He was down in the states to raise money for none mining stuff. He could have been upset that the reporter who was asking questions regarding mining which was not the reason he was down their or he was either bribe by the anti mining people  which could be the Vinard owners or he is positioning himself to get a large royalty from mining.

I sure hope it's the last one, he wants a large royalty. If it's the bribe one then we are in for a very long fight.

First things first, they have to poll the people. If they don't want it then it's time for Coro to move on. If they sue them then it will be a waste of money and time. If the people vote yes then move forward on the EIS.

The shares actually held up really good considering the news from Perez. I was expecting some major selling after the mining is dead in Mendoza statement. I did see larger sell orders showing up but nobody made a big move to unload. The other possible reason there was no major sell off is that people are expecting good things from the Chile front which is mining friendly.

The bottom line here is that Perez is screewing it's people unless in fact they really don't want mining. The PDAC is coming up in March so this kind of publicity is not good for them.
