Buy-out for sure, 100% sure.  CLL tried to make it on its own as a junior oil sands player and failed; blame it on poor management or the fact that it's impossiblre for a junior to make it (too much capital req'd upfront, incur too much debt).  Bottom line is CLL is finished, just a matter of getting max out of this sale.  I say $1.50 will be offer, that's 50% above today's SP and will make most happy- of course those long time holders won't be happy but that's the best you're going to get out of this thing.  Continuing to go at it alone will lead CLL to bankruptcy and equity firm that holds 10% of shares won't let that happen.  I'm adding shares at these levels, no doubt about it.  See you at the imminent trading halt announcing the sale, just a few short weeks (days?)away now- CAN'T WAIT!!
