RE: RE: RE: New Information In a nutshell, some remedial work was done during the fracturing process, during the completion of the Spring Coulee well, and they were unable to crack enough rock in the horizontal section.
To plug back, cut a window in the casing and redrill the well would mean they would face having to use a smaller bit size, hence, smaller casing and production tubing. It would be expensive and the smaller wellbore would not be their favor as the smaller size would offer less exposure to the pay. I think we have to settle for "it is what it is" and feel comfort in knowing that they picked up more acreage in the area and have learned and experienced something from Spring Coulee.
