Whantoknowwhy.  I agree with all that you are saying. To me we would be no where without JS. We made the deal  and now have reneged IMHO. 

I hope JS  is ok with the new deal and takes a substantial position with his new found wealth. I am confident he will. It seems like the obvious probability.
