Just a rail bird here but interesting what is going on.  I think lawyers and management are getting their fair share of work with this.  Almost like hot potato with a golden goose.  I wish I could get my hands on some golden eggs myself but quite frankly when I got the call to give Alex the boot I told them I suspected new management would not fair any better in improving shareholder value...and blew out my entire position.  This type of situation really outlines what is wrong with capital markets and corporate governance imo.  glta.
