KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It has also acquired intellectual property interests, including a method for the direct reduction of chromite to metalized iron and chrome using natural gas. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

I'm sure management will land on their feet regardless of the outcome but if the shaking actually knocks down this potential money tree shareholders will be left with firewood.  I believe management has done a good job thus far as my DDI shares have added some value to my portfolio but the fact is, this project is too big for KWG and playing with the share structure has more downside risk than upside at this juncture, imo.  

Rallard, I think you add a lot of value to this board and am entertained with the exchanges you have with our friends south of the boarder.  Just expressing my opinion and reservations about this share proposal vs. putting ourselves into play.  I think it's time to dance not side-step...jmo.

The share proposal may create a short term squeeze so either way I am looking for an opportunity to exit in the next 3-6 months.  I've been a holder for about 3 years now and think it's time for us to monetize this opportunity and perhaps have some zero risk participation in the infrastructure play that is represented by the potential RR.
