well..

say they had to reprice the PP down... it wouldn't be the end of the world but it would be short term negative ... if it is to announce the close of the PP it will be positive... if it is good news apart from the PP this could gap up!

I'm thinking they had to lower their PP price to get it done.  I DO HOPE I"M WRONG!
