Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

Victoria - Five Year Review

I have reviewed news releases by Victoria for the past five years from 2007 through 2012 and a number of things leap off the pages:

Victoria is on its third CEO over that period.
They are also on their third Chief Geo for the period.
Early on the focus was mostly on Nevada and now it's almost exclusively Eagle/Dublin Gulch. Properly so. They are now spending almost all monies on this project.
The Nevada results turned from wonderful to terrible after the debacle in late 2010.
Looking at the comparison of what Victoria had then in projects to what they have now, there is no comparison. We are better off by far in owning Eagle/Dublin Gulch.
The Dublin Gulch project is a District Size project that has the potential to be enormous. Just what the majors are looking for.

This year is the most important year in Victoria's history. Management must make all the right moves now to insure that the company and its shareholders are successful. I'm confident that between now and this coming fall we will be rewarded for our patience.
