Pescod also wrote up Border today (3 pages worth) and ended it by quoting Schaeffers last write up. Their targets are a LOT more aggressive than Fraser Mackenzie though. They also take into account the fact that the type curve guesstimate is far better than the numbers Fraser is using (about double - Fraser was quoting 150 BOE/D for IP rates whereas the last engineering report was guessing closer to 300- which dramatically increases the NPV. There is also the likelihood that it is amenable to water flood which vastly changes the un-risked price. Then there is the land value, the fact that this is one of the highest netback projects there are, they have great well control, Pinecrest hit among the highest vaulations in the Canadian patch based on price per flowing barrel etc. etc.
I won`t paste Schaeffers article, sorry I don`t want to irritate him. He has treated me very well.
