As Investors We have to of the line of thinking that a buyout could happen. They plan to go national and they are established in the north east already. For a company to go national they have to be confident that the model works and has the potential of being profitable.
While they begin the roll out the larger companies that have an interest in this kind of thing must be watching, maybe they'll wait to see the revenues before making an offer but by then it would be at a much higher price. You don't go national unless the previous leg work shows good things so a bigger player also knows this and some have to be watching. Question is if some are watching and want this thing when do they step in, do they wait until it's fully established which will take several months maybe even a full year or do they step in ahead of that and buy the company for cheap. Some would call this pumpming and that's your choice but I call it a very real possibility.
Nice to see the small gap up so far, we need volume or it will suffer the slow death (short term mind you) and get chewed away a penny at a time. I have no choice but believe a larger fish is circling around, it would be poor business to not do so.
