That is NOT my understanding. The entire Private Placement was restricted to Insiders ONLY, hence Management and members of the Board of Directors. Said placement was originally planned for $5 Millions, but one of the Director could not contribure as much as he wanted, hence this was reduced to $3.5 and at the last minute raised to $4 Millions.
This is also why you are not seing any underwriter fees, this is a non-brokered Private Placement. Lastly, the only reasons Mohammed is HIGHLIGHTED in the Press release is beacuse his combined holding puts him above the 10% mark.
As an FYI, some have asked to participate in this PP and were told sorry all spoken for internally!
