RE: RE: New to the party but glad to be here .

Great info thank you for the reply Sonny , Now that I am invested in BWD ,  I too would like to be slapped silly with Legacy's check book 8)

I think any news on results over 250bbl/day on the Kipp well should help move the stock

I have read that the wells are profitable after 250bbl/day in the area , With news just recently on some of the production coming online of upwards of 350- 550 should only be a matter of time . For the area to get hot again. The Alberta bakken has never been thought to be as good as williston . Some of there wells flow at Ip of 2000 BBl/day. But a good well in Southern Alberta is 600Bbl/day. So with that been proven to be capable further investment should be coming in. It will be interesting to see how the next year plays out . I am very optomistic, I thought we would have more info by now on more results . I am satisfied with recent news trickling out .

I havn't been able to find news on Shell's results or CPG. But a positive is Murphy just moved a trinidad rig back down a few days ago. And Shell is bringing in a few more rigs . They have had one in the area for a year . With their results they must have hit some good wells to bring more rigs into the area. I have heard Torc has had a few really good wells around fort macleod .

So the more positive news the better for us all 8) We are still in the first period of this play and really don't know the full potential . But with D3's recent announcement should only get better from here .
