worst deal ever

Just found out about the takeover.  I am absolutely livid.  We have a NAV of $1.05 and only 20 of 150 locations booked.  What the heck is the reasoning for selling for 47 cents and how on earth is a fairness opinion going to be crafted to show this is creating value (for us, I don't care about Storm and their lame shale play worth zero).

Anyone?
