no problem. we are here to share thoughts, that's why we come here.

if no one converts, then there is no dilution of shares, calculate eps without the dilution effect. if only a part converts, then account for the partial dilution effect.

regardless of our perception of what children at that age would be like, the fact is halo mega bloks is hugely sucessful, and accounts for a lot of sales. that's why mb is now getting into wow and sc; cuz they realize this market will make them a lot of money. moreover, pre-school market is too small; the big money in construction toys are in the older boys/girls + adults collector group.

rose-art is long past the dumping days, the decision to keep rose-art was confirmed when mb hired the former crayola executive tom prichard. he's known in the industry, and many are confident he is going to make rose-art profitable. so far the numbers are jiving with that expectation.
