Seriously, with the amount of time you spent on drafting the post, you should have spent 5 more minutes getting some actual facts or speaking with someone with a bit of knowledge.
28 sections of land in an area where it is extremely expensive to acquire new land, and yes, that is before they actually drill it out. 20 odd million in the bank and millions more in funds if the options are excercised to your fully diluted figure.
It is also a resource play that has been drilled through thousands of times over the years so your exploration risk is relatively low. Producers are all around them within a couple miles so there is a bit of somethign called Well Control.
Bank lines are irrelevant - this is an exploration company. You get them when you begin production.
