Geopolitics News David James REviewing this source reveals that it is in fact a gossip sheet where anyone can post their opinion. Don't tell me what special knowledge David James has, but by the general tone of his entry, he leans particularely far left on the political spectrum. So far, we have little or no indication that any benefits from oil exploration and production will not flow back to the people of Puntland and Somalia in general.
I would question this David James as to his sources and his motivation as he appears to have no special qualification.
