It sucks, the whole thing

It sucks, the whole thing

If they can extend the completed deal untile May why can't  they solicit another higher bid before  that date. There is 2 months to go. I am sure there are many  big oil companies who must be very interested.

And the so called dividends pay out. Who am I joking here. This company never made any money.  What kind of dividends you are talking about? Bankruptcy dividends? And besides dividends usually  have to pay taxes. Here I am, losing my shirt and have to pay taxes for the leftover they throw at me. I said it before if the  yes vote is really 97% then most of them should come from institution shareholders. I estimate all readers

on this board occupy less than 20 millions shares, others 30 millions may never joint this board. The rest are held by funds and so on. Some posters say holding 25% of outstanding shares can liquidate the whole

company (LFD ), or can make some dicision changes.  I would love to see that happen.
