RE: RE: Insider trade summary insider trades are marked as such when they occur and the TMX provides an end of day summary but the actual insider has 10 days to file on SEDI ( think it might be less now ) . EZ has a history of insider trades showing up on the summary and no insider filing so wait to see what happens . Means little in the scheme of things .
over 4mil in volume on Alpha today . If you can trade this and make some cash all the power to you ...but buyer beware . IMO
