i hate it when govt plunges in head on and we bear the brunt of the learning curve. there is no doubt that these regs were drawn up to weed out the lifetime criminals who live and breathe thru fly by night tsx scams but imho this will be exploited by bigboys to control those who need money , especially anyone down on there luck.just think how someone can be pushed down on sp to the point that they cant do a fin. all in all though it will weed out a lot of nuisance co's. dust off your rabbits foots y'all,,, lol.
