I'd have to agree.  I used to own NKL, but after the deal was announced, I rolled my NKL holdings into UMJ.

25 UMJ shares for one NKL share sounds great to me.  UMJ at .12 is like buying NKL at $3.00.  UMJ at .14 equates to $3.50 NKL.

Buying these .12s is a no brainer with NKL at 3.37 right now.
