RE: PDAC 2012

RE: PDAC 2012

yeah I couldn't resist I had to buy more today. The markets look a little rough but I wanted a bit more junior copper production and I love buying these companies just before production and especially for less than the insiders paid.

volume is way too light for me not to think something is going on. We have had minimal news, as opposed to decent volume and more steady news pre-consolidation. So they have stopped marketing this thing to their network of investors - why?

I could speculate endlessly but there are so many things. A merger, an unsolicited offer or one of my favourites selling a portion of their gold reserves to a royalty company to fast track production. What really interests me is that they have a few hundred thousand ounces of gold that can be heap leached. 25,000 ounces per year at 1700.00 is 42 million in revenue. They obviously know how to put a heap leach project into production and I cant possibly see costs above 700.00 per ounce for this type of project so roughly 25 million in cash flow at todays prices. They already have 400,000 ounces in two deposits with tons of upside on sapuchi.
