Sorry for the late reply.

Haywood has not bought any shares since Feb 29th (their last cross). They have bought 2.7 million shares since Jan 1, 2012 (sold 2.3 million). 99% selling were crosses.

Their buying spree started March 21, 2011. Since then they have NET bought 5 million shares.
