Always possible but they just did a financing for $40M end of 2011.  Either way, financing may be good if it results in accelerated growth on a per share basis. The bigger issue I see is a possible oil glut resulting from transportation constrains to refineries. Anyone see rail as a potential short term fix or is that prohibitively expensive?
