The latest financing is very expensive because it bears interest at 12% per annum. I think SOG will not avoid bankruptcy. I have stayed on the sidelines since 2015 but it's a pity to see it go ...more

SOG might consider selling some of its midstream assets. They have value and this is how it will reduce its leverage. SOG will hardly survive as is now. Something's got to give.

I think SOG's key problem is the super high leverage. This high leverage will most likely keep investors away. Unfortunately they loaded too much debt back in the good old days....
