There is only one cautionary note I will offer the BB... "typically", the first take over offer would be in the range of a 20% premium over the average trading range of a given period (say 3 months).

That is not to say that there will be an additional offer past the first one, but a 60% premium over the 3 month trading range would be "unusual" IMHO and experience.

If I was holding it (which, unfortunately I'm not), I'd seriously consider parting with at least a portion of my holdings Monday afternoon...

I LOVE takeover offers... the decision is pretty much made for you, and you take what everyone else gets... nice premium right now... nice score!
