Jaguar Mining Inc. is a Canadian junior gold mining, development, and exploration company. It operates in Brazil with three gold mining complexes and a large land package with significant upside exploration potential from mineral claims. The Company's principal operating assets are in the Iron Quadrangle, a prolific greenstone belt in the state of Minas Gerais and include the Turmalina Gold Mine Complex and Caete Mining Complex (Pilar and Roca Grande Mines, and Caete Plant). It also owns the Paciencia Gold Mine Complex. Caete Complex is located 50 kilometers east of the city of Belo Horizonte and includes the Pilar gold mine, the Caete processing plant and the Roca Grande gold mine. Hey Duffman,

Yesterday, I had enough and decided to cut my losses until management provided a clearer picture.  Looking back now, my timing was pretty good (I was anticipating results on the 23rd (according to what I found on Yahoo) and had a bad feeling about them - seeing the steady decline over the last month.

I agree, the results didn't look very good.  Mining costs over $1100 per ounce.  I think shareholder's best hope is for a takeover at a decent price.  With management's suggestion that the strategic process will conclude in Q2 - I'm investing in something else for now ... and will try to get back in at a price under $5.00.
