Agreed. Financing was not required when you are generating good FCF which is the case. Furthermore a regular bough deal would have been MUCH better than a LIFE financing which is more for non

What a $hitty move. no need to raise capital to restart unless you have to settle more in law suits and fines. they should be generating $20M per quarter in free cash
