No, not really. It is one of many documents available that make the point but I did choose Fasken because it would stop any extremist on the board from calling it a useless document made up by some 'nobody' that was paid by naked short selling hedge funds to shake the tree and steal our shares cheap. (Sorry, I had to slip that in.)
