great time to buy

just like the 1st PP once it seems EKG were no longer accepting PP participation the SP started moving above the
.50 mark, then news came about abour round 2.

At
.53, this will occur again when the price moves swiftly toward
.60 and above, this time once it "officially closes" i.e. announcement we will have some action

i.e. what a great time to buy - next month or 2 might be wild !
