For 13 cents, the risk is 3 cents the maximum, only if it goes down to 0 which is unlightly. After the pay out of the dividends, 24 million cash is still there. It translate to more than 10 cents per share. To buy at this price there is no down side. Based on that I buy a few more thousand of shares just to bring down my lose a bit. May is at the corner, just hope something is coming good for shareholders.
