Hey guys, i am not sure if this is new info or not, so forgive me if i am rehashing old information. But contacted IR to find out if the circular package had been sent out yet. They informed me it had not been produced as of yet, and they have yet to set date when it will be sent out. They assured me it will be sent out at least a couple of weeks before the may 8 special meeting to allow for proxies to be mailed back, and that all things are still a go for the meeting on may 8. Take the information for what it's worth
