Things might be about to move. IFR has a new presentation dated APril 2012.   Specific info wrt leases to Newfield and Roseta.  Also the finla mineral title acreage has just been determined a of March 31, 2012 so now that IFR knows exactly what their titles are they can strat further lease marketing or JV initiatives.  They don't have the cash to develop holdings on their own.
